My review: As soon as, the server poured this wine into my cup, I knew it was a sparking wine because of its fizzy characteristics. It is a nice white wine and has a fruity bouquet with a hint of golden apples. It also had aromas of citrus fruits. The taste was little dry, fresh, light in body and well-balanced. It tasted like drinking an orange juice. Since, the wine is citrus flavor, it can be paired with salmon and shellfish.
