My review: This is 100 % Riesling. The color of the is little yellowish. The bouquet is refreshing with oak, citrus, and peach. The taste is acidic, citrus, tangy, crispy, and semi oaky.This wine is well paired with salmon, tuna, spicy food, or salads.
