Country: United States
Year: 2012
Price: $16.99

Winery Review: Columbia Valley, Washington- Dark, harmonious and complex with flavors of black cherry, plum, cassis, coffee mocha, and a hint of mint. Perfect with grilled meats, or your favorite BBQ.

My review: This wine is enclosed in dark bottle and a screw cap. This is a dark purple wine and is little thick. A nice bouquet of plum and cherry. The texture is smooth, but gives a dry aftertaste. It does not give the taste you it would give after the first sip of this wine. As soon as you go for a second sip, it has a nice taste of herbs and mint. Mild sweet fruit textures, a natural minty then dry finish. Wine is best served at room temperature and with steak or in my case, a nice sriracha chicken.
