Variety: Chardonnay
Region: Sonoma, California

Winery Review: Russian River Valley, Sonoma, CA- Crafted by hand in small lots, this delicious Chardonnay offers ripe flavors of pear and lemon nuanced by delicate oak shadings. The rich, creamy palate is enhanced by cinnamon spice and hazelnut on the crisp, complex finish.

My review: Enclosed in a long green bottle. This is a white wine, enclosed with a cork. The texture is smooth, clear, a nice white wine. The aromas of this wine, smell very oaky something unusual that I haven’t scented before. The taste, it is a little strong, not dry or tart. A citrus aftertaste as well as oaky flavor. This is my first wine that has a oaky and herbal favor. Mild enough to swallow, another great wine to be combined with a nice lemon seasoned fish or baked chicken. A nice full body wine.
