Name:  Vendange Pinot Grigio
Variety: Pinot Grigio
Region: Sonoma, California
Country: USA
Year: -
Price: $7.95
Winery Review: Pinot Grigio from California. Pale yellow with bursting, fresh aromas of green apples and citrus. The lighter bodied wine is delicate on the tongue with a light texture that mixes melon and pear with a bright, refreshing acidity.

My review:  I taste bitter grapefruit, lemon peel, lime peel, sour granny smith apple and a hint of pineapple. The alcohol flavor and burning sensation is quite noticeable, the wines flavors does not do a good job of masking it. The wine doesn’t feel particularly acidic despite being a white wine.
